Tejaswi Karki

Tejaswi Karki completed her Bachelor’s in Social Science (BoSS). After graduation, she spent two transformative years as a Teach For Nepal Fellow, teaching in Dang and Sindhupalchowk. There, she saw how many bright young students from community schools were held back not by ability, but by a lack of access and opportunity.

Those experiences left a lasting impact. Tejaswi came to believe that when students are given the right kind of support, through mentorship, encouragement, and opportunity, their entire life paths can change. Drawn by this belief, she joined HELP, inspired by its mission to open doors of opportunities for students from under-resourced communities. As the Coordinator of the Scholarship Programme and Compliances at HELP, she draws from her experiences to create spaces where young learners can explore and grow. Seeing them step confidently into their future is the most rewarding part of her journey.
