Kishor Raj Singh is from Sukedhara-4, Kathmandu. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Administration and previously worked at Need Employment Service. He currently serves as the Finance and Admin Officer at HELP.

Kishor enjoys working in the NGO sector as it allows him to contribute to positive social change by advocating for child rights, providing healthcare support to underrepresented populations, and strengthening education initiatives. He finds deep satisfaction in knowing that his work directly improves the lives of marginalized communities. HELP’s programmes, which focus on addressing pressing social issues, strongly align with his personal and professional values. Kishor believes that continuous improvement in the school system is a shared responsibility among school staff, parents, students, and the wider community. He views collective effort toward educational improvement as a catalyst for meaningful and sustainable growth. He strongly believes that both students and adults bring valuable ideas, emotions, insights, and cultural experiences into learning environments, and that children are active, capable contributors to any learning community.
