Saathi Teachers Programme

Saathi Teachers Programme

The Saathi Teachers Programme is a two-year, paid and paired initiative by HELP that strengthens basic level education by improving literacy and numeracy while integrating 21st-century 4C skills—Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration.

Qualified and motivated teachers are placed in rural community schools to teach Mathematics and English to students in Grades 1–5, in close partnership with local governments.

Saathi Teachers are selected through a rigorous recruitment process, including application screening, interviews, candidate assessments, and a 21-day residential training. Once placed, they receive continuous professional support through classroom observations, feedback sessions, regular trainings, and participation in relevant educational events.
