School in a Bag is a UK-based charity that sends and funds school bags filled with educational resources to marginalized young people facing war, famine, natural disasters, and poverty worldwide. Helambu Education and Livelihood Partnership (HELP) is a partner organization of School in a Bag, responsible for identifying needs and distributing school bags once the needs are verified and funds are secured.
This program is targeted toward the most underprivileged and marginalized children with the aim of helping them enroll in school, remain in school, and prevent possible dropouts. Each student receives a school bag containing notebooks, pens, pencils, a geometry box, a water bottle, a lunch box (where needed), and a hygiene kit.
So far, we have distributed school bags to more than 25220+ school children across 22 districts.
In the final section of this form, you are required to upload the necessary documents. Please ensure that all documents are clearly scanned or photographed and uploaded in a readable format.
Note:
Distribution will only take place after the organization approves the program. The process will proceed only after approval from the Ward Office and the Education Office. The final decision regarding distribution rests entirely with the organization.
